Gemma Ward is a model and actor who was discovered as a teenager in Perth, Australia. She became a prominent face of fashion in the 2000s, appearing in Vogue and working with houses including Prada, Chanel, Dior, Valentino and Alexander McQueen.
Her advertising work includes campaigns for Calvin Klein, Versace and Prada. After a period away from the runway, she returned for Prada’s spring/summer 2015 collection. Her screen roles include The Black Balloon, The Strangers, Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides and The Great Gatsby.
