Caryn Franklin

Caryn Franklin is a fashion writer, broadcaster and educator whose career began at i-D in 1982, where she worked as fashion editor and co-editor. She subsequently became a presenter of BBC television's The Clothes Show, a role she held for twelve years.

Her work addresses fashion imagery, representation and body confidence. She co-founded All Walks Beyond the Catwalk in 2009 and received an MBE in 2013 for services to positive body image and diversity in fashion. Her teaching and consultancy also draw on postgraduate study in applied psychology.
