Natalia Vodianova is a Russian fashion model from Nizhny Novgorod. After moving to Paris as a teenager, she developed an international career in runway shows and advertising, with work for brands including Calvin Klein, Louis Vuitton, Chanel and L’Oréal.
In December 2004 she founded the Naked Heart Foundation. Initially focused on creating places for children to play, the charity expanded into family support, professional training and inclusive opportunities for people with disabilities. Her public work has combined fashion modelling with the development of that charitable programme.
