Eric Talbot

Eric Talbot is a comics artist and tattooist whose long association with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles began with work in the anthology Turtle Soup in 1987. He contributed writing and artwork to the franchise over subsequent decades, while also developing his own drawings of monsters, creatures and skulls.

Talbot later trained as a tattoo artist at Oxbow Tattoo in Easthampton, Massachusetts. In interviews he has described the shift from drawing on paper to working on skin as a new technical challenge, extending an established interest in line, colour and invented creatures.
