Mark Brooks

Mark Brooks is a comics artist whose work includes both sequential storytelling and painted superhero covers. His interior credits include Ultimate Spider-Man and Uncanny X-Force, while his cover work has appeared across Marvel series such as X-Men Legacy, Guardians of the Galaxy and Avengers.

He illustrated the Han Solo miniseries written by Marjorie Liu, bringing his detailed character drawing to the Star Wars universe. That collaboration received Eisner Award nominations. Brooks also received an Inkpot Award in 2014, recognising a career that moves between the sustained narrative of interior pages and the single-image demands of cover illustration.
