Dave Grohl

Dave Grohl is an American musician who became Nirvana’s drummer in 1990 and played on Nevermind and In Utero. After Nirvana ended, he recorded the first Foo Fighters album, released in 1995, performing the vocals and almost all the instruments himself.

Foo Fighters developed into a full band with Grohl as singer, guitarist and songwriter. His other projects include Probot and Them Crooked Vultures, the latter with Josh Homme and John Paul Jones. He has also recorded with Queens of the Stone Age, Killing Joke and Tenacious D.
