Allison Schnackenberg has worked with independent record labels and as a photographer. Associated with Southern Records, she founded its Latitudes imprint in 2005, creating a series of short recording sessions at Southern Studios in London.
The project invited artists to record and mix material within a day, preserving a particular moment in their work. Participants have included Daniel Higgs, Circle, Gang Gang Dance and Chelsea Wolfe. Her photographs appeared in VICE’s 2003 fashion issue.
