Jeph Loeb

Jeph Loeb is a comics writer, screenwriter and television producer. His collaborations with artist Tim Sale include Batman: The Long Halloween, Superman for All Seasons and Catwoman: When in Rome, alongside Marvel books such as Daredevil: Yellow, Spider-Man: Blue and Hulk: Gray.

Those comics often revisit established characters through stories shaped around memory, relationships and earlier moments in their lives. Loeb’s screen credits include the films Teen Wolf and Commando, and work on the television series Smallville, Lost and Heroes. His career therefore crosses superhero publishing and the television and film industries that have adapted and reworked its storytelling traditions.
