Martine Sitbon

Martine Sitbon is a French fashion designer whose work combines tailoring, delicate fabrics and references to rock music. She developed her own label while also designing for Chloé, where she led the house for nine seasons. Her creative partnerships extended to photographers and art directors as well as garment production.

She launched Rue du Mail in 2006, combining a showroom, atelier and gallery. Her career was documented in the 2016 book Alternative Vision, developed with Marc Ascoli and drawing on fashion photographs, personal material and working images.
