Jonathan Lennard

Jonathan Lennard is a photographer and film director whose career began in fashion editorial. An early cover for The Face was followed by work for Esquire, British Vogue and L’Officiel, alongside portraits of actors and other cultural figures.

Lennard later developed a parallel career directing commercials, carrying his interest in composition and fashion imagery into moving images. His clients have included Chanel, L’Oréal, De Beers, Dove and Chevrolet, with projects made across several international markets. His practice continues to encompass both still photography and film, including campaigns that use the two formats together to establish a consistent visual identity.
