Robert Turnbull, known as Bobby Turnbull, was an English footballer who played on the right wing. Born in South Bank in 1895, he played for Bradford Park Avenue before joining Leeds United in 1925.
He remained at Leeds until 1932, making 204 Football League appearances and scoring 45 league goals. His representative football included an England appearance against Ireland in 1919 and the Football Association’s 1920 tour of South Africa. He later moved to Rhyl.
