Sophie Campbell

Sophie Campbell is a comics writer and artist whose original series include Wet Moon and Shadoweyes. Her work combines strongly individual character design with stories of friendship, identity and imagined worlds. She has also worked on Glory with Joe Keatinge and Jem and the Holograms with Kelly Thompson.

Campbell’s long association with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles sits alongside these independent projects. In 2025 she began writing and drawing a new Supergirl series for DC, drawing on the character’s earlier adventures while developing a contemporary setting. Her career moves between stories she creates herself and new interpretations of familiar characters.
