André Walker is a London-born, New York-raised designer, stylist, creative director and publisher. His early fashion shows formed part of New York's downtown culture in the 1980s. He later showed collections in Paris and worked with Marc Jacobs on design and image direction for Louis Vuitton.
Walker also created the publication TIWIMUTA, developed with contributions from a wide range of artists and other collaborators. Its varied papers, metal covers and unconventional formats made its physical construction part of the work.
