Andy Welland is an artist and designer whose practice includes painting, sculpture, collage and work for products and public spaces. Raised in Doncaster, he studied fine art at Sheffield Hallam University, graduating in 2007, before working in design studios and the luxury division of M&C Saatchi.
His abstract compositions use vivid colour, irregular shapes and repurposed offcuts. Projects include work for Liberty London, Lush and Co-op Live, with exhibitions at Bloc Projects in Sheffield and the Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art. He also contributed to Pavement Licker.
