Dean White

Dean White is a comics colourist with a background in illustration and fine art. His first comics assignment was the original Weapon Zero miniseries for Top Cow, where he learned Photoshop as digital colouring was becoming established within the industry.

His later work includes Punisher MAX and Uncanny X-Force, working with artists including Jérôme Opeña and Greg Tocchini. White has described moving away from standard digital colouring methods towards an approach closer to his painting, informed by drawing from life and attention to large visual shapes.
