Catalogue note

Original circular rave flyer for Orange at Camden Palace on Friday 18 June 1993, 9pm–6am. Programme lists Ray Keith, Dr S Gachet, DJ Hype, Squirrel, Younghead, DMS, Tamsin, Chris Paul and MC.MC., with happy hardcore in the main arena and garage in the Gods Bar, plus projections, visuals and dance platforms. Circular black/orange mascot design is visually distinctive but currently unattributed. The flyer documents Orange's Camden Palace Friday residency immediately before the promoter's 26 June 1993 'The Awakening' event already held by TMR.

Advertised programme: Ray Keith; Dr S Gachet; DJ Hype; Squirrel; Younghead; DMS; Tamsin; Chris Paul; MC.MC.

Graphic-design significance: Distinctive circular black-and-orange format with central cartoon orange/raver mascot and perimeter residency text. Reverse turns the circle into a dense programme disc. Active inspection finds no artist/designer signature, monogram, printer credit or marginal attribution; external research yielded no defensible artist identification.

Historical context: Orange's Camden Palace Fridays are independently remembered as an important early-1990s London rave institution. Ravescene's retrospective described Orange at Camden Palace as the magazine team's first club and praised the nights. This flyer fixes one specific Friday, only eight days before TMR-000858's Orange 'The Awakening' teaser dated 26 June 1993.

Production note: Orange ink on black circular card/paper stock; exact printing process/stock not established.

Condition note: Very Good appearance, ungraded. Light edge wear, minor surface rubbing/marks and several small historic pinholes/punctures near perimeter. Circular shape intact, printing strong and both sides fully legible.

Confidence / uncertainty: Exact date, hours, venue and programme physically verified. Existing Orange, Ray Keith, Dr S Gachet and DJ Hype authorities reused. Artist attribution actively researched but remains unknown.
