The woodgrain and eagle-shield front declares 'REVIVED... REVISED... REVIBED... RELIVE THE LEGEND'. Opening night bills Grooverider, Micky Finn, Pilgrim, Dougal, Ramos and Nexus; 24 September is a third-birthday celebration with Randall, Fabio, Vibes, Ellis Dee, Nexus and Ned Ryder; Fibre Optic returns on 8 October with Slipmatt, Ratty, Grooverider, Fallout, Vibes and Tango. The 1994 promoter manifesto describes a stricter door policy, DJ and MC selection, an 1989-revival chillout room, £7 admission and historic Quest guest-mailing information. A later Oct 8 specialist recording index directly connects printed booking and music, with Sep 17 source discrepancy preserved.

Graphic-design significance: Dark woodgrain backdrop carries repeated coloured eagle/Quest crests and a blaze-like logo reading OUT OF DARKNESS INTO THE LIGHT / QUEST THE CLUB, with big raised red slogans 'REVIVED... REVISED... REVIBED...' and RELIVE THE LEGEND. The coined REVIBED is an important literal design detail, not a spelling error to correct. The colourful date-separated reverse contrasts with a long community/venue manifesto and small postal form. No original artist identified.

Condition note: Front retains red logo lettering, colourful shields and dark woodgrain, with old central handling crease, slight bends, rubbed/pale scuffs and a small visibly whitened abrasion/loss at bottom-left edge; softened corners. Reverse retains all named artist bands and readable small-print policies, with light perimeter wear and some crease handling. No large through-tear or missing panel visible. Physical size, original paper stock and hidden repairs unknown.
Confidence / uncertainty: Year 1994 is printed on front. Specific 10, 24 Sep and 8 Oct event boxes each print 8pm–2am, but the general heading prints Saturdays 9pm–2am and no special hours are beside Sep 17/Oct 1. Nexus has recurring separate 1993 DJ evidence; MC Ribbs recurs in other 1993 TMR originals; these are narrowly supported authority proposals. MICKY FINN matches established Micky Finn, SY DJ Sy, RATTY DJ Ratty, VIBES DJ Vibes rather than zero-linked Vibes, DONOVAN BB SMITH established Donovan Bad Boy Smith. EASY-D & RUSH is a grouped credit, Rush's role unknown. RAGGA PAZ is preserved as written without invented identity.
