Catalogue note

Original first-print Frank Miller regular variant of the 2025 one-shot What If...? Galactus: Galactus Transformed Hulk? #1. Mat Groom and Lan Medina imagine Galactus conscripting the Hulk as a herald and granting the Power Cosmic to Bruce Banner's destructive alter ego. The issue opened Marvel's 2025 group of Galactus-transformation What If...? one-shots, followed by similarly themed stories involving Gambit, Moon Knight, Rogue and Spider-Gwen. This copy preserves Miller's stylised Galactus cover in its original $3.99 first-release state rather than the separate 1:100 Miller virgin edition.

Writer: Mat Groom

Artist: Lan Medina

Cover: Frank Miller; Alex Sinclair (colors)

Edition: Frank Miller regular variant · original first printing · Collect Forever label #1C; exact UPC 75960621160900121 is the regular Miller variant, commonly catalogued as Cover B

Why this object matters

The stylised Miller Galactus cover gives this alternate-history one-shot a useful place in TMR’s artist comparisons. It remains a regular 2025 variant, not the separate incentive or an original Galactus landmark. The evidence supports 7.5.

Evidence limits: Complete under the standing TMR accession rule; no missing issued component has been reported. The comic remains enclosed in its Collect Forever Soft Slab, so interior page-by-page completeness cannot be independently checked.
