Alasdair McLellan is a British fashion photographer and filmmaker who grew up in Tickhill, near Doncaster. He began taking photographs as a teenager, and the places and people of northern England remained recurring subjects in his later work. A longstanding i-D contributor, he photographed the magazine's entire thirty-fifth-anniversary issue in 2015.
His editorial work also appears in POP, Vogue, LOVE and Arena Homme+, and his campaign clients include Burberry, Louis Vuitton, Palace and Margaret Howell. His books include Ultimate Clothing Company, The Palace and Ceremony; his film work includes music videos for The xx.
