Condition: Exceptionally clean modern surfaces consistent with MS70. Deeply linear optical reverse design crisp and uninterrupted; no obvious milk spots, toning, fingerprints, contact marks or other defects visible. Public Seal side likewise appears very clean. Holder structurally sound with light normal external scuffing, especially around hologram area.
Completeness: NGC encapsulated; original Pressburg Mint capsule/packaging not documented.
